Objectives

Speak with Magus Tirth in the Shimmering Flats.

The story, in brief

To make your wand, there are key passages in a certain book that I must read. The book is called Rituals of Power, written by the Magus Tirth. I do not have a copy of his book, and none of the world's great libraries possess it.

An excerpt. The full quest text is Blizzard's and is shown in the game.
