Speak with Tabetha.

The story, in brief

Now it is time for you to earn your mage's wand. To begin this quest, speak with the human hermit Tabetha in Dustwallow Marsh. You will find her shack deep in the marsh, west of Theramore. Speak with her, for her knowledge is vast.
