The November 2 notes remove Salvation, Mass Salvation and Revoke, which the October 15 build had made out of the Blessings of Salvation, along with Blessing of Light. Righteous Fury now trains at level 10 (was 16), as other tanks get their stance, and gives 33% more threat from everything plus 90% more from Holy damage.

Six talents are new:

  • Holy: Oath of Light (row 4) is sworn on one ally for 5 minutes and makes your Holy Light, Flash of Light and Holy Shock heal for more. Boundless Light (row 5) adds 15 or 30% crit chance to Holy Shock on allies not under your Oath.
  • Protection: Stoicism (row 5) shortens stuns and charms on you by 10 or 20%. Shieldsworn (row 7) takes 4 seconds off Holy Strike’s cooldown and makes it a shield strike that triggers your block talents without spending their charges or cooldowns, and lets you block spells for 6 seconds.
  • Retribution: Turn Evil (row 5) speeds up Turn Undead, shortens its cooldown and lets it affect Demons. Unsealed Wrath, the new 31-point talent, stores a copy of your active Seal on each melee hit for 15 seconds, up to 3, and when you land an attack with a different Seal, each stored copy gets its normal chance to activate.

Removed talents include Voice of Truth, Improved Seal of Fury, One-Handed Weapon Specialization, Instrument of Law and Twist of Light, and many others move rows or change points. Reckoning now performs the right number of attacks for its stacks and no longer gains them while sitting.

Why it matters: every Paladin tree changed shape, so plan your talents again before launch.
