Blizzard will add a Roleplay-PVP ruleset for Forever’s November 4 launch. Josh “Aggrend” Greenfield posted that the team had kept discussing it and watching player feedback, spent the last few days working out what it would take, and decided to go ahead.
A week earlier, on the WoW: Forever Podcast, Greenfield had said Forever had no plans for a dedicated RP-PVP ruleset. This post reverses that.
Blizzard is also working to have the Roleplay-PVP ruleset selectable during Early Name Reservation, which opens October 27.
Why it matters: RP-PVP players get their own ruleset from day one, and may be able to reserve names on it from October 27.
