Blizzard’s October 8 beta notes lower various dungeon quest rewards from Rare to Uncommon quality, and update their stats to suit the lower rarity. The notes don’t say which dungeons.

Wowhead’s tooltips from the new build show the change on the quest rewards of Excavation Site: Wetlands, the level 30 dungeon that opened on October 1, with some stats down and others up: Hornbeam Heft loses its Stamina and Spirit but gains spell power, and its Strength goes from 3 to 6 Datamined Wowhead. Our files at build 1.60.1.70245 still list Hornbeam Heft as Rare Datamined wowforever.ninja — Forever's client files, build 1.60.1.70245.

Why it matters: the dungeon quest rewards in question are Uncommon now, with their stats reworked rather than simply relabeled.
