Blizzard has published the level range and location of each of Forever’s nine new five-player dungeons, which were first named at BlizzCon.
| Dungeon | Levels | Where |
|---|---|---|
| Hall of Thanes | 13–18 | Beneath Ironforge, Dun Morogh |
| Ruins of Lordaeron | 15–20 | The ruined city above the Undercity, Tirisfal Glades |
| Excavation Site | 24–29 | Above Whelgar’s Excavation, Wetlands |
| City of Dalaran | 28–33 | Alterac Mountains |
| The Drowned City | 35–40 | Off the coast of Stranglethorn Vale, west of Grom’gol |
| Krol’dok Stronghold | 40–45 | Riverglades |
| Alcaz Prison | 48–53 | Alcaz Island, Dustwallow Marsh |
| Blackmaw Hold | 55–60 | Azshara |
| Shaper’s Terrace | 58–60 | The northern hills of Un’Goro Crater |
The article also notes how to get in. Hall of Thanes is easy for the Alliance and Ruins of Lordaeron for the Horde, and the other faction has to travel into enemy territory. The City of Dalaran needs an attunement chain: Alliance players pick up “An Alarming Request” at Southshore, from Emissary Jacques; Horde players get “Key to the City” and “Prison Break-In” at Tarren Mill, from Magus Wordeen Voidglare. The Drowned City’s entrance is under water. Shaper’s Terrace uses power crystals gathered across Un’Goro at consoles inside.
Why it matters: with every level range set, you can plan which new dungeon to run at each stage of levelling.
