Also on episode 4 of the WoW: Forever Podcast, content creator Savix asked whether Forever would shield lower-level players from being killed and camped by higher-level ones, something some players on PvP servers have asked for.

Josh “Aggrend” Greenfield’s answer was no. “PvP occurs on a PvP server,” he said, adding that it has worked that way for the game’s whole 22 years. Players choosing a PvP ruleset should decide whether they accept that, he said, since some play sessions will simply be frustrating.

Why it matters: if you pick the PvP ruleset, you may be ganked while levelling, and no system will step in to stop it.
