Moonkin Aura and Leader of the Pack go raid-wide

In the October 15 beta build, Moonkin Aura and Leader of the Pack both reach the whole raid. Moonkin Aura now raises only spell critical strike chance, and Leader of the Pack only melee and ranged critical strike chance.

• Feral: Furor keeps the Energy you had when you left Cat Form, even through Bear or Dire Bear Form, though bear forms still don’t regenerate Energy. Shred rank 1 is learned at level 20 (was 22), since Shredding Attacks could be taken before Shred. In bear forms Faerie Fire now generates threat, and in Cat or bear forms, where it costs nothing, it can no longer trigger Omen of Clarity. Shred’s tooltip now shows Savage Fury’s bonus, a display fix that doesn’t change its damage.
• Balance: stacked Insect Swarms no longer keep lowering a target’s hit chance.
• Fixes: a high rank of Rejuvenation no longer blocks other Druids’ Rejuvenation, only one Faerie Fire can be on a target, and Heart of the Wild, Feral Swiftness, Thick Hide and Leader of the Pack now apply when you log in.

Wowhead’s datamine of the build’s tooltips gives each aura 3% critical strike chance within 45 yards, and says the two don’t stack with each other Datamined Wowhead — datamined tooltips from the October 15 build.

Why it matters: a Balance or Feral Druid now buffs the whole raid’s crit, not just their party.
