Defias, Violet Sorcerer, Krol'dok sets found in beta files

Wowhead’s datamining of the latest beta build finds three new five-piece armor sets: the Violet Sorcerer’s Vestments, the Krol’dok Battlegear and the Defias Enforcer’s Garb. Our copy of build 1.60.1.70245 carries all three, with five armor pieces each, cloth for the Violet Sorcerer’s, plate for Krol’dok’s and leather for the Defias set, but not the items’ names or the sets’ bonuses.

Wowhead reads the names as pointing to three dungeons: the Deadmines for the Defias set, the City of Dalaran for the Violet Sorcerer’s, and Krol’dok Stronghold, a level 40 dungeon not yet tested on the beta, for Krol’dok’s. That reading rests on the names alone, and neither Wowhead’s data nor ours says where the sets drop.

Wowhead’s data gives each set’s bonuses:

• Violet Sorcerer’s Vestments: Arcane resistance and Spirit, then a chance on damaging spells to keep 15% of your mana regeneration going while you cast for 15 seconds, twice that in Strongholds and Cities. At five pieces, damaging spells can summon an Arcane elemental to fight beside you.
• Krol’dok Battlegear: 100 armor and 5 Defense, then blocking can heal you for 14 to 23, twice that in Strongholds and Cities. At five pieces, taking damage often grants 1 Stamina for 30 seconds, stacking 20 times.
• Defias Enforcer’s Garb: Fire resistance, Stamina and 1 point of sword skill. At five pieces, melee attacks can raise your crit chance by 2% for 20 seconds, twice that in swamps.

Why it matters: if you wear cloth, leather or plate, there’s a new five-piece set in the files for you, though nothing yet says where it drops.
