Truthseeker's Bow now needs level 40 like the other rewards

Blizzard’s October 8 beta notes give the Truthseeker’s Bow a level 40 requirement, the level Blizzard calls correct. The notes say the other two rewards from the same quest chain already needed level 40 to equip, so the bow now matches them.

Wowhead reported on October 6 that turning in 25 Library Books to a Faction Librarian opens a quest that needs level 30, with a choice of the bow, the Crest of Elucidation or Researcher’s Night Light, and that the bow alone could be equipped at level 30 Community Wowhead. Our files at build 1.60.1.70205 showed the same gap: the shield and the Night Light needed level 40 and the bow needed none. They place the quests differently from Blizzard’s notes, which name Greater Friend of the Library as the bow’s quest: in our files that quest offers two rings, among them Field Researcher’s Loop, and not the bow Datamined wowforever.ninja — Forever's client files and beta cache, build 1.60.1.70205.

Why it matters: the bow can no longer be equipped before level 40, like the other two rewards.
