Tiger's Fury is removed as Feral Druids get Shifting Power
Tiger's Fury and King of the Jungle are out. Shifting Power turns mana into 40 Energy in Cat Form.

The October 1 beta build takes Tiger’s Fury away from Druids, and the Feral talent King of the Jungle goes with it.
The Feral tree gains Shifting Power, a new fourth-row talent linked to Shredding Attacks. Usable only in Cat Form, it spends 55% of base mana, the same as Cat Form itself, to give 40 Energy at once, on a 16-second cooldown. Below it, a new fifth-row talent linked to Shifting Power, Improved Shifting Power, takes 4 or 8 seconds off that cooldown.
Other Druid changes: critical strikes in Bear Form or Dire Bear Form generate 75% more Rage, Swipe now scales with 3% of attack power (Blizzard says its tooltip lags behind), and Primal Bite makes about twice the threat. Every shapeshift form is now immune to Disarm, though a Druid disarmed before shifting stays disarmed. Faerie Fire no longer resets the swing timer.
Our copy of build 1.60.1.70170’s files agrees on both talents and the disarm immunity. Its Shifting Power tooltip leaves the Energy blank, so our Druid talent calculator shows “…” there.
Why it matters: Feral builds lose Tiger’s Fury and King of the Jungle and gain a Cat Form button that trades mana for Energy.
