Hot Streak is now Heating Up for Fire Mages
Hot Streak is renamed Heating Up, and Combustion drops back to 3 charges.

Fire Mages see a rename in the October 1 beta build. Hot Streak is now called Heating Up, because the effect no longer depends on landing a streak of critical strikes. Combustion returns to 3 charges, down from the 4 it had in the beta.
Two debuffs are resisted less often. Improved Scorch’s Fire Vulnerability no longer rolls a second resist check, and for Frost, Winter’s Chill no longer rolls one at all, since the spell that applies it already had to hit. Every Mage scroll from Comprehension also had another balance pass, and none of them can be cast while moving.
Our copy of build 1.60.1.70170’s files shows the new name with a new icon and a rewritten tooltip: non-periodic critical strikes with Fireball, Frostfire Bolt, Fire Blast and Scorch cut the cast time of your next Pyroblast within 20 seconds by 25%, stacking up to 3 times. Combustion’s charges read 3 there too. Both are in our Mage talent calculator.
Why it matters: Fire builds and guides that name Hot Streak now mean Heating Up, and Combustion runs out one charge sooner.
