Selling an uncollected BoE to a vendor now soulbinds it
Sell a Bind on Equip item whose look you haven't collected and it turns soulbound, not account-bound.

The October 1 beta build changes what happens when you sell a Bind on Equip item to a vendor. If the item has an appearance you have not collected yet, the sale now makes it soulbound. Before this build, the same sale made it Bound to Account.
The difference shows if you buy the item back from the vendor: a soulbound item stays with the character who sold it, while an account-bound one can move to any character on the account. Items whose appearance you already have are not part of this change. Blizzard’s notes give no reason for it.
Why it matters: an uncollected BoE you vendor and buy back now stays on that one character.
