Forever gives players more control over how the game looks and how they play it. Blizzard’s recap of the What’s Next panel confirms High-Definition (HD) and Standard-Definition (SD) options for character models, sitting alongside the existing modern-versus-Classic visual presets.
Players who pick the HD models are not locked out of the old look in motion: Blizzard says Classic animations are restored for HD character models, so the newer models can move the way they did in the original game. The panel recap also confirms official gamepad support for players who prefer a controller.
