The dungeon list is confirmed. Blizzard’s own recap of the What’s Next panel names all nine new dungeons for World of Warcraft: Forever, after an earlier report had pieced together an incomplete list from achievement screenshots shown on stage.
The nine are the Hall of Thanes beneath Ironforge, the Ruins of Lordaeron, an excavation site above Whelgar’s Excavation, the City of Dalaran, Blackmaw Hold, the Drowned City, Krol’dok Stronghold, Alcaz Prison and the Shaper’s Terrace.
Blizzard also sketches what happens inside a few of them: the Forsaken retake the Ruins of Lordaeron, something arcane goes wrong in Dalaran, titan mysteries surface in Un’Goro, naga and pirates infest the Drowned City, and corruption festers below Blackmaw Hold.
Why it matters: with the dungeons now officially named, this is the first complete, Blizzard-confirmed list rather than a screenshot-derived guess.
